Welcome Deacon Jeffrey!
Deacon Jeffrey Tooke is a transitional deacon from Trinity Buffalo seeking ordination as a bivocational priest. After a career in government and politics—serving as chief of staff to a member of the New York State Senate and to the Buffalo City Comptroller—and in nonprofit management, he now works full time in financial compliance consulting with financial firms. He has remained active in the nonprofit sector, including serving as president of Gardens Buffalo Niagara, the organization that produces the Buffalo Garden Walk. Deacon Jeffrey lives in Buffalo’s Cottage District with his spouse, John, and their rescue dogs and cat.
