Goodfellows presents Dinner and a Movie - November 18

Join us on Saturday, November 18 at 5pm! The movie will be the 1951 classic Angels in the Outfield starring Paul Douglas and Janet Leigh. (run time 102 minutes). The film is about a young woman reporter who blames the Pittsburgh Pirates’ losing streak on their abusive manager, who begins hearing the voice of an angel promising to help the team if he changes his ways.

Dinner starts at 5pm with choice of BBQ pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich along with Italian Wedding soup and dinner salad; Coffee, tea and desserts will also be available. Movie will follow at approx. 6:00-6:30 pm. Price is $7.50 per adult and children 5 – 12 years old is $3.00. Children under 5 are free. Some of the proceeds will help benefit Blessing Box Food Pantry for the needy Outreach Program. Tickets will be sold in the Narthex following 8am and 10 am service starting this week.
