So many of our parishioners give their time and/or talents to the church and community yet seldom get thanks. St. Martin’s would like to show thanks and appreciation for all who share silently. We are looking for pictures/items from members of the parish and their families, who have or are serving in the armed forces of this country, for honoring our veterans. We would ask that each picture or other item be identified so that they may be returned to the owners following this display, which usually lasts for two Sundays.
Sunday, November 2 is All Saints’ Sunday, when the Church celebrates the whole communion of saints, both in heaven and on earth. Part of our yearly celebration of this Feast is remembering the names of the faithful departed who are now with the risen Lord Jesus.
